CORE Residence @ TRX installs linked bridge to TRX City
KUALA LUMPUR: CORE Precious Development Sdn Bhd, the developer of the core Residence project in the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), has completed the installation of the first linked bridge connecting its residential property with direct access to the TRX City.
In a statement, the company said the installation of the linked bridge was a major milestone in the construction of the RM1.4bil gross development value project.
"The linked bridge has a width spanning two car lanes and is more than three storeys above ground.
"Upon completion, the linked bridge will spring to life with a terrace garden landscape, forming a seamless connection with the architectural language of the TRX City Park,” it said.
CORE Precious chairman and managing director Zhang Bao said: “The bridge will weave CORE Residence @ TRX’s vibrant community into the fabric of TRX City, providing a vital link for CORE Residence @ TRX to the new heart of Kuala Lumpur, as well as unparalleled connectivity to the rest of Klang Valley.”
The TRX City Park will be a 10-acre rooftop park - the largest of its kind in Southeast Asia. Drawing inspiration from the High Line in New York and Osaka’s Namba Parks, a key feature of the TRX City Park is the central hub, a space that can host up to two and a half thousand people for events.
“We are proud to have achieved a take-up rate of 80%. We expect to have sold all units by the end of this year. We remain on track to complete CORE Residence @ TRX by the end of 2023 and look forward to handing over completed properties soon,” Zhang said. - The Star
